on the flip side, there are many guys/gals who were compassionate on working together. for example on a day when mother nature was showing just how much of a b!tch she can be, i remember a Captain jumping into the bin to help off load bags(he wanted to help but didn't want to get wet) and the FO pushing wheelchairs The FA also got her own galley supplies.

Also remember on a different occasion a former gate agent who was the FO of a flight logged in to the cpu next to me and helped me with irops. What better agent to have working on an irop than the pilot of your delayed flight?

Fortunately, there were more good crew than bad. Again, just get to know people. Respect goes along way and as the old folks would say "you'll attract more bees with honey than you would with vinegar"
