my favorite is when yet again ops starts boarding 7 mins before departure, fueler is mia, about 3 dozen bags still sitting on the ramp, and they send some gangly lookin guy up to the flight deck and in broken rampinese he manages to struggle out a "u pop brake now, please."

you say no, and as sure as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west when your out time comes up as +25, it miraculously gets coded by ops as a crew delay.
