Also the prior post reflecting JFK is spot on. When you have 40% or so of your flying coming out of the worst on-time airport in the country, (maybe the world) of course nubers are going to stink. Not only do we fly out of JFK as a base, but we also are the predominant regional in the Northeast. PHL, LGA, EWR, BOS, DCA, and IAD are not known for their efficiencies.
