If you get taken off a trip for union business, you don't fly and it goes off your calender. If this 11C is doing AFB for trips he was removed from, then his calender should look pretty bare otherwise, not full of blue and green.
If you look at the other employee with the same name's calendar, it looks much more like someone who is having his whole month bumped, and then is flying one or two AFB trips as you explained. (and he is a 727 capt)
