Flying the international routes, I'm always looking for "emergency rations" that I can carry with me and have if I wake up at 2AM on a layover and nothing is open (if you've been there you know what I'm talking about).
My requirements are:
- The food must not be perishable and it must have a reasonable shelf life.
- It must be nutritious (and taste better than a power bar).
- It can't take up too much room.
I've recently been carrying the new "pouch" packaged Tuna fish and works great. The product doesn't have all the juice that cans do, and it packs very well.
