Look how poorly the decision to close concourse C in CVG worked out. From a roomy, fairly modern terminal to a cramped, small terminal, where the passengers still don't get jetbridges.
I don't know about 10 years, but I agree the closure of C is still quite odd to me. I wouldn't be suprised to see operations downsized until there is a jetbridge for every airplane in cvg. Maybe that's what they meant when they said a jetbridge on every plane? Hahahaha
