Default It might hurt

If you work for a major in any capacity other than pilot it could help and it could hurt you. A disgruntled ramp supervisor could write up a negative evaluation. A relationship with a gate agent that went sour could come back to bite you. In my experience the more they know about you come interview day could be a good or very bad thing.

My advise is to avoid working for a career objective. Everyone gets sick or has a bad day. An HR department can use that information in the future against you.
