Have you looked at doing some Seattle seaplane stuff. I had to job offers a few summers ago to fly the beaver in Washington state.

One was for Northwest Seaplanes out of Renton and the other was for Chelan airways out of Chelan Washington.

Neither of them paid very well however after you are done subtracting California income taxes, the high cost of living in the bay area and cost to keep your plane there it could even out.

Kenmore also hires pilots, however I hear that it is difficult to get hired there. There have also been ads on trade a plane for lodge pilots. Usually the lodge guys do well.
