Northwest flight benefits, anyone know what they were before the merger? I am really wondering if Northwest bought Delta, I mean it seems to me Northwest and it's people are faring a hell of a lot better than Delta's people in terms of bases etc.
As as Comair Refugee, now at NWA I can safely say that the DAL flight benefits are 10 times better then NWA. However, sometime this summer we are all going to have the same flight benefits as DAL. Also for those jumpseating around, NWA pilots have priority on any Delta mainline jumpseat, ahead of any DCI carrier, this was just announced. As for NWA buying Delta, it was a real possibility. I was told by a higher up CP, that NWA had 3.2 billion in cash and could have bought Delta, but the new Delta BOD did NOT want the NWA guy Dougie, to be CEO of New Delta, so it fell through. OK back to the life and times of comair.
