Hello all...
Due to the CFI biz slowing down sooo much, I am being forced to pick up a second job. I have an interview scheduled with Delta to work as a "Ready Reserve Ramp Agent." My question has to do with getting a Pilot slot once the regionals begin hiring once again.
I have been informed that many of the airlines like to hire from within, assuming you meet all of their published min's. My question is this:
Would working for Delta on the ramp help me AT ALL with getting a pilot slot with either ASA or ComAir?? I am kind of confused with the ownership of the companies. I have heard that It definitely would not help with ASA, but could with ComAir
If you have any experience or perspective on this, please shed some light!
Thanks,
Dan
