I am curious of what is motivating folks to stay at Comair besides the Economy and Job Market. Not saying I think you should leave, because everyone's situation is different, but I am just curious as to what keeps you going.

In your opinion, what is that ray of hope that you think is coming and when do you think it will come to fruition?
