Stupid question, do you guys do your own "safety check" before landing?
It isn't procedure, but on short final, I always do a quick "gear, flaps, spoilers, brakes, landing clearance"
I always do this out of habit, and sometimes I would laugh at myself because I knew the jet would tell me if something was wrong. But after seeing this, I'm going to continue with my imformal check.
