When doing my CFI-I I stumbled across this website. It basically takes the PTS and makes an outline of it. Very good reference tool, but still make sure you back it up with FAA publications cause there is a few things missing.

Other then that, my ride was basically a repeat of my instrument rating. Holds, arcs, approaches, etc. Practice in the sim to get those procedures down. Good luck
