Make sure that you are omitting the employer from the company application, not a federal background form...lying to the feds is worth jail time, and your career will be over. I don't think the feds require an employment history though, I think that's all about criminal stuff.

Keep in mind that if an airline finds out about the other employer later, you WILL be fired...that will be hard to explain at your next interview. Only you can make the call based on the situation.
