We already vote "keep Phil" with our perf. numbers...which is one of many reasons why the company has zero incentive to sign anything. I for one am sick and tired of watching captain after captain use their cell phone to keep the ball rolling with dispatch/mx, doing the company favors taking out planes with ambiguously worded (and sometimes obvious) mel's that they could easily reject/refuse/delay, and in general being way more concerned with the length of their overnight and not having to fuss around with ops/send delay reports than they are with a contract. I'd say at least 90% of the CAs I fly with whine and complain about how messed up the company/dispatch/lack of a contract is, but the same 90% use their cellphones and religiously take out airplanes they could refuse...

It's put up or shut up...and no one puts up here, so it's left to the union/NMB to actually do something about it...at least no one can say we're doing anything in bad faith, since there is almost nil work slowdown mentality anywhere I've seen...

only 1 correction to your post. We are really at 1999 wages since that is when the contract was signed
