Take your Sprint bill to the CPs and ask for reimbursement. If (when) they laugh, explain that you will not be using
your cellphone for company business
ever again. Show them the bill again so they can see how many delays you avoided or reduced because you used your phone - then whatever the outcome, you win.
(Then stop using your cellphone anyway)
