Compass isn't hiring right now, but they may be interviewing for a pool. If the pilots had it our way, they would hire about 30 more. Right now staffing isn't good, which means we fly a lot.
There is no attrition so you could expect to be on reserve for a while, that is, if they hire, which they aren't planning on. It's a typical regional airline though. The pilot/management relationship isn't bad, but the contract isn't great to begin with. Again, typical regional (I feel I'm qualified to say this since it is my third regional).
