PPAS, Pilot Pay Augmentation System. If you are a line holder, then PPASS will increase your pay, unless it’s the last leg of a trip or the last leg of nice overnight. If you are on reserve, then who cares. You can use the system to your advantage by flying PPAS to increase your pay. (And save the company money of fuel cost.)
