Freedom of speech is very important and I do not wish to even in the slightest impede it from this organization. But I also have the freedom to not view their website.

My reason for getting nasty is they really should vet their stories a little better before posting them. Yes, news from a former NTSB guy is news. However, it doesn't mean you have to run it. Especially when the person has personal motivation for spreading falsehoods.
