You are correct. I was being a little hasty. I am getting tired of the mis-information being spread around as a result of this crash and this was the tip for me. I dug into this a little more and the news network has done a reasonable job of reporting on a nut-job. I have deleted my original post and will be sending another email o the publisher. Please, no one else follow my rashness.
