DON'T make something up. Be honest and genuine as to why you want to work there. They will see right through and "fluff." Do some homework on the company, discover for yourself why you want to work there....other than the obvious.

They know the hiring score - don't fool yourself. They are going to be careful and picky about who they hire - like previously stated, they have a lot of candidates to choose from.

Find some quality that attracts you to them and why they should invest $1000s into you.
