Here we go again...

Nolan Law Group: Q400 Turboprops Operated by Colgan Air Need to Be Grounded

The Q has been flying in Europe for years, and not only in summer. I don't think pilots are smarter or bolder on either side of the atlantic.
Of course they are quoting Jim Hall (hey a former NTSNB boss !!!! He MUST be right).

Next time an accident happens the summer let's suggest that type of airplane be grounded when temp is high and density unfavorable.

So airplanes will have flight envelope restricted in summer by more than actually restrictive "density corner" and in winter by the "icing corner".
I would laugh even more if these guys did not think they were serious.

Why don't these guys do something of their life instead of chasing ambulances?

Cheers to all.
