I never eat the crew/passenger meals on the flight...Too much crap in that food...I take ISOPURE meal replacement packages with me on my trips...Also some protein bars. I'm a gym freak and ISOPURE has 50 grams of the stuff per package...It also mixes well with water...Plus it's better to just drink plain 'ol H2O and lots of it...Eat healthy be healthy
