That's it. If you sit ready 1-7 they can tag you at 6:59 with a
departure before 8:00, in other words within 60 minutes of the end of your ready.
I always ask the other pilot what the real departure time is on his DSL, since I've heard scheduling has modified times to keep you within 60 minutes while the rest of the crew was supposed to depart ten minutes later.
