There are those that will do the job at any cost or for no cost at all. What is the encouragement to raise the standard of living for those already on the line? I don't see one, especially from the corporate execs who run things.
Under certain circumstances that might be probable, however, PFT is not a luxury that many can afford, particularly without the help of loans. Not too many folks lending out cash for flight training this days as I understand it. So I really don't think PFT is going to make a come back anytime soon.
