Thats about what I was thinking. I was offered right set job on a king air about 2 years ago once the companys FO leaves for a Airline. That person in front of me is still there as a FO when most just hang around 6 months to a year. I guess some people now aren't moving up to let others in. The captians of the company thought that person would have left a long time ago and theres not many other small operations like that in my area. CFI here I come.
