I guess that would work as long as it's charter. A corporate king air sic cannot log it.

Whe I started out flying Kingairs for a 135, (single pilot certified, SIC required for insurance), I sat in the right seat, but didnt have a 135 SIC checkout. I logged the 135 flight time as "total time" but didnt log it as pic or sic. When I flew the 91 legs I logged it as PIC as I was properly rated and trained for the airplane. This was the reccomondation of the cheif pilot and local FSDO. I know this is a grey area, but I have been on many interviews and it never once came up as a problem. I think that is the best way to log it.

I was taught from day one, by my instructer, who is also a Capt at a charter outfit, to ask yourself one question?
If I call in sick and dont come to take the flight, can the PIC still make the flight legally by himself, if he can, than you cant log SIC....period

You legally can't. It's < 12.5K MTOG and no SIC is required per aircraft type certification. So unless it's required as part of a 135 operator's Ops Specs and you have a SIC validation/checkride under that certificate, you're basically hosed.
