The union the DAL FAs want is the same union that had a very shaky track record at NWA. Why would they want this?
They could do better. And in fact, in many ways, DAL FAs have it better as it is. I don't see the cost benefit analysis that shows the DAL FAs will be better off with the former NWA union.
For the record, I'm not too happy with my own union. They are more interested in the fat cats than they are me, the pilot sitting at the bottom of a 12,000 seniority list. And I can assure you, I laugh everytime I hear you guys talk about job protection because there isn't. If they want to furlough me, they will.
