No offense taken - I'll be the first to admit I don't know everything, especially regarding Part 135 which I have no experience in.
With that said, I still don't see how a pilot so much as legally log PIC on a live 135 leg if they don't met the requirements of 135.243,
even if they have successfully completed 135.293/.297/.299 rides. Such authority would have to be written into their OpSpecs, wouldn't it?
I know Airnet has an SIC program...but those people aren't logging PIC are they?
