As far as the MIN go you have to meet those you will not get an interview without at least having that. I know of a couple people that went out and paid to get ATP to get the call.

It also helps greatly if you have someone that will recommend you that works here now.

All our flying is out and back, you will be home each night in base. Lines vary month to month. Slow months has all pilots at 70 busy month you can see line averages above 90. Line holder very from 20 days off down to 12. Reserve gets 10 days off a month.

If you live in base quality of life can be very good.
