And here is a crazy idea for first year pay (assumes full time/75 hours guarantee):
FO: $1 per hour per seat
CA: $2 per hour per seat
I say one list...period! Contracting too much flying hurts the pilots. But artificial caps on the type of airplane the company can fly hurts the bottom line. Under one list the company can fly whatever type it wants at whatever quantity they deem necessary and it gets flown by one pilot group. This is the best solution IMHO!
