Well said. For the GJ guys I'd invest in negotiating higher wages on the low end of the longevity scale because absolutely nothing will stop TSA "Holdings" from creating another airline and do exactly the same thing. Could happen every few years just to keep everyone on the year 1-2 pay forever.
