As stated above, the controls are interconnected to help with adverse yaw. It is a design feature some like and other hate. I have flown a C210 with the interconnection and did notice the “auto rudder” when I banked, but the level of interconnection was weak, so it did not make me feel like I had no control of the rudder. The one thing you should remember is that it can affect your ability to slip or do the wing low maneuver for landing. I am not too familiar with the interconnection in the C210, but I do not believe it is the advanced type that lets you add full opposite rudder.
