Just nonrev'd outta Myrtle Beach and an agent there told me ASA lost the contract there, and it was going to Comair. He says Comair HR was there this morning to talk to the ground staff about the transfer options for them to Comair (which will later become that RHS ground handling subsidiary). He said they were talking up to 10 flights a day (there are about five now). I was not clear if they were just discussing ground ops, or the flying too. Anyone hear anything?
True. Comair won the bid for MYR. My buddy put in for the station manager position there. Delta increses flights to MYR during the summer season. I think there will be 8 flights from ATL, 1 from LGA, plus the Airlink flights from the NWA hubs.
