Those pilots aren't required to pay dues until you as a group have retified your first contract, after which they must pay a 'maintenance fee' since they are now being paid as per the CBA and benefit from it, whether they like it or not. If they then refuse to pay, I believe they can be terminated, since you are now a closed shop.

As far as how to treat them, treat them no differently than anyone who voted in favor, at leat until you have that CBA in hand.
