The people that dont pay their union dues at this moment will not have the benefit of the rest of alpa's services.

Once the contract is signed they will be paying anyway so it wont matter. i mean why would you pay a maintenance fee on the contract when you have no one there to protect you if you get in trouble or want to grieve something.

the thing these people are missing is that our pilot groups will be merging sooner than later. you guys haven't delt with pinnacle management as long as we have. i gladly pay my 1.9% to have all of alpas services at my disposal. and with the management you guys are getting to know you are going to need them. trust me if they could just fire people instead of furloughing them they would do it in a heart beat.
