Back Pain?
Evening all.
I have some problems with my back that I developed about 9 years ago from different sports. When I was 20 I had my back fully MRI'ed and had already lost (deterioration) 3 lumbar discs and had a pinched nerve under my right shoulderblade.
I have been told that we are not allowed to take any RX pain med's.
What do you guys that have back pain do to help deal with it while sitting for so long? I have been thinking about a back brace of sorts that will help pull my shoulders back. Anyone use anything like this?
