When the Company recalls furloughed pilots, such pilots shall be notified of recall, in writing, in order of system seniority. The notification shall specify a date of return to active duty, and such date will not be less than seventeen (17) days after the effective date of the notice, unless mutually agreed upon by the furloughed pilot and the Company.

D. Each pilot shall answer the recall notice, in writing, within ten (10) calendar days from the effective date of notice. Such answer must state the pilot's intent to accept or reject recall. The Company shall explain this requirement in the recall notice.
