The reason is Glenn Tilton and his staff of idiots have proven they don't know how to run/manage an airline. Since the board of directors are all of Tilton's cronnies, he is not being held responsible for his poor decsions and failed policies. UAL will continue to have a bleak outlook until this fool is removed.
