United Pilots calling in sick....again

shareholders have a vote on it.
If that's the case lets buy a controlling interest in UAL. We could borrow the money to start, and then pay it back by taking less pay, and a B fund contribution reduction for oh let's say six years. Yeah, six years ought to do it. This is too easy. Somebody should have come up with this before.

At least when you count the subcontractor rj sweatshop pilots.
Approximate:
36 EMB 170 republic/shuttle america
67 CRJ 2 skw
52 CRJ 7 skw
15 CRJ 7 gojet
7 EMB 145 chautaqua
65 EMB 145/CRJ 2 Mesa (mixed uax fleet could not find numbers)
At 4 crews per aircraft that's about 2,000 pilots.

It was nice, yesterday, to commute into ORD on a true United regional flight. A 737. Very nice crew. Courteous and professional. Hat's off to you all

You need to do some studying about our lawsuit loss. They HAVE to say that, or can be found in contempt of court. If that happens, the judge (who has proven to be rather anti-UAL pilot) has the right to impose whatever restrictions they want to our contract. Work to FAA rules, dissolve our scope, set our pay, kill our B fund.
There isn't a leadership out there that can do anything different in this situation.

Have you read the injunction? Have you read the summary opinion or the court order? Have you read the evidence entered into the case during the trial? If not, perhaps you should educate yourself a bit. I found it incredibly damning to ALPA. I could not put it down until I finished all 85 pages. Then I went on to read all the evidence. STRIKING!
ALPA is destroying airline pilot careers left and right. If you want an education, log on to Information: United Airlines - ALPA Lawsuit to read ALL the documents from the trial/hearings including the evidence and testimony submitted.

The court was not anti-UAL pilot. The judge applied the law PERFECTLY! These individuals broke the law. Get it? They screwed us all by being unbelievably arrogant!

Did you go to the trial? Did you hear the testimony? Did you hear the cross examination? Are you familiar with the events leading up to the lawsuit? Do you understand the timeline associated with the events? I could go on.
You look at the exhibits and you determine that the judge was absolutely correct?
STRIKING!
Who are you, really? Is this GT?
