i love how the union has to remind us every freaking email about how we lost and respect the decision and please junior and senior man-- even while their own are on furlough. Unreal.
I thought groundhog day already passed.

A Message To All United Pilots
Sick leave has increased significantly and now creates the potential for flight cancellations. It is imperative that we maintain our flight schedule. All pilots are reminded that they must not call in sick or fatigued and must not remain off schedule unless genuinely sick or fatigued and unable to perform flight duties. Given the increased sick leave and other operational issues, we are in a period of operational irregularity and junior/senior manning is appropriate and should be accepted by any pilot able to do so in order to maintain our flight schedule. Your assistance and cooperation in maintaining our operation is imperative and appreciated.

The ruling did not say "Don't call in sick", or "Do accept JM/SM". It did say there could be no concerted effort, (to do or don't).
Just as the Union cannot say don't do it, the Judge cannot say do do it.
Big Picture...

There isn't a leadership out there that can do anything different in this situation.

You need to do some studying about our lawsuit loss. They HAVE to say that, or can be found in contempt of court. If that happens, the judge (who has proven to be rather anti-UAL pilot) has the right to impose whatever restrictions they want to our contract. Work to FAA rules, dissolve our scope, set our pay, kill our B fund.

Contempt finding and perhaps a union breaking fine, yes.
The rest of your assertions, no.
