Our training center can only handle a max of 2 classes of 10-14/month. It may be excruciatingly slow, but that's the way big brown has always done it. It's efficient to always be understaffed and behind the hiring curve....at least that's what some bean counter figuredl

What's really funny is the rush, rush, rush to get you through the school house, then you might sit on your arse for two to six weeks waiting for IOE, and then a week or so for your release to the line check. It's really quite funny when you think of it, but hey I don't manage this train wreck.
