The IPA does not pay me. Bob Miller is not sending my kids to college. That money comes from UPS and I need the company to do well. Screwing your employer by "jamming them at every opportunity possible" makes you an ignorant left wing liberal zealot. If you want job for life protection during every downturn go love in North Korea.
When UPS turns their back next week on over $50 million in VOLUNTARY savings offered by the IPA, how is this about your companies "need to do well" ??
And just how should the bottom 300 react to this ... Offer assistance to their struggling employer at every opportunity ? I know that's what I'll be doing.

Watching UPS make BILLIONS in spite of themself !!!
I do take solice in knowing that "
the well-being of our employees is paramount .... "
