They were advertising for two vacant Captain slots in my local area on Climbto350 last week, so I e-mailed & faxed them my resume/cover letter over a week ago. I haven't heard a thing! I truly believe that being a furloughed airline pilot is hurting me get a job, because I think most companies have the fear that I will bail on them if I get a recall, which is not happening anytime soon, and I would not go back if I would have a job.
