They were advertising for two vacant Captain slots in my local area on Climbto350 last week, so I e-mailed & faxed them my resume/cover letter over a week ago. I haven't heard a thing! I truly believe that being a furloughed airline pilot is hurting me get a job, because I think most companies have the fear that I will bail on them if I get a recall, which is not happening anytime soon, and I would not go back if I would have a job.

Call them and ask for Don, since he's the contact listed. Their website states that they require a 1 year commitment, probably cause they don't want people bailing on them if they get a recall.

Could anyone add a little more info about this company?
They list CE340,402,421, PA31,34, Pilatus PC12 as the equipment, how does it work? Do you fly a little of this and a little of that or do start with one and work up to another?
What a typical schedule? On call?
Thanks

I used to fly for them, but that was a few years ago. Bank checks and blood transport all around the Northwest. Mostly 402's, one PC12, and a few random other similar types. Early morning/late night flying. Most are based out of BFI but some are SFF, TTD, and BOI. They have crew apartments at the outstations and some have crew cars. One of the best jobs I ever had that I never want to do again. The whole schedule/lifestyle/pay side blows, but the flying is incredibly enjoyable.

Just say no. I used to fly for them. Furloughed now and would rather not fly than go there. Terrible equipment/maintenance, terrible runs, terrible layovers, terrible schedules, pressure to fly broken airplanes in unsafe weather conditions, etc. Absolutely not worth it. Your ticket is on the line working at Aeroflight.
