The problem is these same pilots who have been doing it while negotiations were going on were partially responsible for us coming in on the Low expectation side of this TA. That is the main beef from most of us.
i am trying to figure this out....if the company accepted the 200 million dollar difference between the two proposals..as webb claims...40 mill/yr for 4 years...then how is this lo expectations?...we were polled on what we wanted and bob took it to the table...and you generalize(most of us)..everyone i have talked to is voting for it..i guess we will see...and r1200rt is never happy..must be all those ex wifes...to be honest i think the NC did a good job and they built upon the first contract...let's move on
