I'm guessing bidding prior to and actual displacements after. Management has already voiced the concern that they do not want one side taking all the displacements. They would rather partically offset NWA's displacements with Delta's growth for less total disruption.

With the capabilities of aircraft to bypass ANC, it was a matter of time before ANC went the way of Bangor Maine, Keflavik, Shannon, in cargo operations. Still I had hoped NWA's quite substantial cargo business would survive in some form.
