If we get into a position of where only DALS pilots get to bid on (non-fenced) post SOC positions now we will have a problem. I don't think either DAL Inc or the MEC would willingly walk into that vipers pit......
According to our contract admin folks at ALPA anyone who is displaced prior to SOC will not have a freeze.
