Except that DALN will get the difference until after SOC and the first AE positions that reflect the above. In the example quoted 757B might be the highest position in the system the pilot can hold until post SOC.
As far as the when they apply the position for pay purposes, is it the date of the AE results or when the first pilot is actually trained from that AE?
