I do see that you went from 4 to 6 hours for vacation buy backs. What I don't understand is the 3 hours of pay for a vacation day that falls on a day off.
If you have a 7 day vacation, can you stretch it out to knock out 42 hours of trips or can you only knock out trips that touch the scheduled week? What happens is you touch two trips that knocks out more than 7 days?
